no cinema for exterior portals

    Hi; I joined this game and log in through bigfish; A few days ago I was informed that the reason I can't watch the "movies" in the game is because I come through this external portal. However, when I try to log in at bigpoint my name and password are not recognised. To register here, won't I be starting a whole new game? Losing the progress I have made? :(

    Hello Chris_2_4.

    That is correct, third parties do not have the ability to watch movies in the cinema.

    If you choose to log in through Bigpoint, you will lose your progess on your farm.
