No Credit for Acai Trees

    Acai trees didn't load in download client or in Unity using Chrome. I can harvest them, but they never show as harvested. They initially show in inventory and appear to give Bahamarama TEP, but when log back in trees are gone and it never actually adds TEP to total. I need credit for 4 harvested acai trees please.

    Also User ID is not shown at bottom of screen in download client, so now I have to log out and log back in using Chrome so I can include my user ID here.
    User ID = 879215.

    Hello oceanographer :)

    Please refresh the game and see if the fruit shows up. Some actions are taking a bit longer to register in the game but nothing should be lost. If you still feel like the fruit is missing, please contact Support as I have no way to verify previous inventory amounts.

    Regarding the missing User ID from the downloaded Standalone Client, here is the Announcement regarding the hotfix that tells you where to find the ID.

    You will need to contact Support for them to investigate the loss of harvest.
