No Credit for Trees Harvested Yesterday

Sorry to bother you but I didn't get any EP for my trees yesterday. I was confused on how to "donate" until this morning after I harvested and saw that it was automatic on the counter. I have two accounts. The first account ID#35336926 I didn't start the timer before I harvested the first time, so I expected not to receive any EP until later in the day but nothing ever posted. On my second account ID#40504976 I started the timer before I harvested but nothing ever posted either. I am confused on what happened. Can someone explain to me please?

I am really sorry to hear this.

I have checked your logs and you have gotten a partial reward for the first step: 11324 EP was counted for the trees you have harvested. Does this amount sound correct? ​

 

Thank you for your reply.I really don't have any idea. I used turbo mulch and suzie spray and harvested a few times during the day. I kept waiting for EP to register but it never did. It's something that happens, today was the first time I saw any EP show up on the counter. A little disappointing but I'll live! Thanks for checking. You can close.

 

Thank you for these details, supplysally. There isn't much we can do, because we cannot check previous harvests, but you can try contacting Support with details about trees you had at that time and see if there is anything they can do to help you. I wish you the best of luck!
