    I purchased bb and didn't get EP bonus. I should have 2 and only have 1

    It is not midnight CET yet, so if you made 2 purchases today, you should only have 1 x 100% EP bonus. The only way to get the bonus twice is by making one purchase on Saturday, and one on Sunday (before and after midnight CET, which will be in 29 minutes).

    Is there anything else I can assist you with?

    :( I am really sorry to hear this, and I wish I could give you better news. You can try to contact Support to see if there is anything you can do in this case, since indeed the time savings change can be confusing, but I cannot promise you a positive answer. It's could be worth trying :)
