    Yes picked my night crops because it said on the timer that the event had start on my farm but when i picked my first filed of night crops there was no event drops what so ever i think i should have gotten a few event drops for a whole filed of 18 hour crops. so i figure i go to the main page where you can turn quest in and it wasn't even there. Then it crashed saying there is a problem I hope I will get compensated for that filed of crops I just picked instead of getting nothing done about it because that would not be fair for those of us who has picked our filed this morning when the timer says yeah quest but you where not actually ready for it.

    yeah that does not help that the fact that i lost a whole field of event drops

    I know, and I am sorry. :( You and many other players have lost the first harvest round due to the bumpy event start, but I am afraid there is nothing we can do. The event was extended with a few hours, but we have not heard of any other compensation for this matter.

    Is there anything else I can assist you with?

    I do understand that not much you can do about this issue. Please do not get me wrong here the first thing you replied back with was the two links they had nothing to do with what the subject was about. The subject was about missing drops from first field pick drops. So theoretically, speaking it was high jacked by you. Like I said don't get me wrong I do mean it as a joke. And with that argument in a college class with the proof i could win the theoretically case apology accepted. I didn't want you to be upset with what I put so I did a joke lol. I understand that your hands or tied to do anything really about the drops issue there. It really isn't your fault that you can't force the to give us our drops from that pick.

    Hello jesterruler1,

    I'm sorry you feel I hijacked your thread xD and that the threads linked had nothing to do with the topic - but I have a good excuse (two actually):
    1) if any compensation is given for this trouble, it would have been / will be announced in one of these threads, as we cannot inform everyone individually, because not everybody reported these problems;
    2) you had to stay informed to avoid losing more drops by harvesting before the issues were fixed.
    You have also mentioned the event was missing - and this point was explained as well in the linked thread, :p so I was not that off topic.​

    I am not upset because of what you have posted, but I am of course upset that many players have lost their first round of harvest drops, as I am a player myself so I know this makes a nice difference and gives us a head start. So thank you very much for your understanding, because as much as I would like to offer compensations, I am not able to. ​
