No extra EP's

    8) I now have 200% EP's (Mega EP's twice) which shows correctly, plus 4 owls, one on each field, which also show correctly. I also have 30% more from the Spring Bouquet. But when I harvest, I only get the regular amount of EP's. I have reloaded and reloaded to no avail. This keeps happening on again, off again. Exception - the Park harvests correctly.
    The difference is enormous!
    Please help....:(

    EDIT: I just harvested 2 of my cookware forges; they showed correctly. What is going on here??
    Will it stay correct or will it revert?? Again.

    Hello farmlily3, :oops:

    I have checked your account and the bonuses are adding up correctly.

    At the moment, after the owls expired, you have 100% (mega EP) + 100% (mega EP) + 30% (spring wreath) active, so a 230% EP boost.

    If we take a random example: the Medlar. It gives 120 EPs, but now it displays and gives 396 EP / harvest. 120 EP + 230% extra is 120 plus 276, which is 396 EP exactly. If there is something in particular that doesn't seem to give the right amount of EP, please let us know and I will be more than happy to double check it.

    8)Hi teddy.bear - thanks for responding. As I mentioned in the edit above, they are working again, and you are totally correct. When it works, it works! lol But it keeps glitching out on me, and I don't know why. During the last event it was out & I didn't notice it till the last day or two. And then it only worked if I reloaded before harvesting every single field. Very stressful.

    I assume you need to see it when it is glitching. I'll try to catch it next time, but I don't usually watch it that closely. Guess I'll have to...

    You are most welcome :) I'm happy it worked, and I'm sorry for not seeing your edit - it was after my post so I didn't check back :( It might be a delay in updating the data. Refreshing the game after activating the pets should be a good idea. If you still don't see any change, take a screenshot with your buff tab open, and mouseover a field displaying the wrong amount of EP, and we will forward it for more investigation. Also, if you are in no rush, try not to harvest, and wait for us to take a look at it. We'll make sure your owls are ready to fly again without waiting too much.
