No Gifts to give

    It's now gone 6pm and all day my 5 free gifts have been greyed out. What's going on?

    .... all day long,,, no 5 gifts to give and no explanation. I'm a new player and I'm trying to understand why this is happening?

    You need to reload the game after the reset to get the gifts un-greyed out. If you're in the eastern US, that would mean the reset is @ 6PM. Heads up, in October the change from Daylight Savings Time happens a couple of weeks apart in Europe vs US.

    So they should have reset at midnight on my first day, just like I thought? That was midnight on 17th. All day yesterday, 18th, I had no gifts even though I tried to reset by logging on and off thinking that might help.The gifts are back now, though but i'm just puzzled why it's been 48 hours to change from greyed out and not 24 hours like you say.

    Hey Barley_McGrew, I've also noticed that sometimes you need to log out and log back in again around game-reset time in order for gifts quotas to reset.
