No link for forum

hi I am a mentor and one of my chickadees is reporting a problem. They are unable to get the notepad and pen icon for reaching for forum from the question mark/exclamation mark tab top right of their screen. I am unable to see this on their screen of course so apart from offering advice I am unable to help them. Can you check this out for them please as they are unable to enter the forum. Thank you.

 

I'm not a mod but are they by any chance logging into the game through a third party partner? Some of the third parties do not allow access to the forum through the game. Your chick can still read the forum by going to the website:

https://board-en.farmerama.com/index.php

and can still report problems to Support through the Support link.

I have checked your chickadees and one of them, who's username begins with 'f', is registered via BigFishGames indeed so they will be unable to use the Forum More details have been posted here.

As Sweet_Cassiopeia kindly pointed out, they are able to read the forum if you give them the link directly, but they will be unable to post.

For any issues they encounter, please advise them to not hesitate contacting our Customer Care Team and they will be assisted.

Thanks both for your help, I have passed the web links to my chickadee which is the one you mention teddy.bear. I just couldnt understand the problem as I play the game directly and now the problem is solved. You may close the thread, thank you.
