No neighbors allowed?

I would like some neighbors for my farm. I have tried posting under the neighbor request thread multiple times, but no neighbors. A player said they tried to add me but couldn't. Another player said they got a response of " This neighbors hasn't logged in for awhile, why not see how they are doing" when they tried to add my farm. The farm has not been inactive since being back. When I just posted to the neighbor thread again today, I needed to verify by typing in a code. I needed to type a code for this one to. I was finally able to manually add a few of the names from the neighbor request thread a short while ago after purchasing the harvester deal. Am I doing something wrong?

 

I am not a mod but in the past there have been various issues with farms that have been idle for a while and then have come back. These issues required that the farm owner contact support to fix. You can do that by clicking on the "Support" link at the bottom of your game screen or by using this form: http://farmerama.com/?action=externalSupport

 

I see, thanks Noelle. 3 of the neighbor requests have been accepted! thanks!!! I guess it will work now. I still need to enter codes to be able to post and would like information on that still.

But as suggested, you need to contact support as there appears to be more than one player with your username, so you will not get your messages.
