No pacifiers

    I completed the first stage of the task to obtain my rubber trees which I then planted. When they were complete I harvested them and set the mill off to produce the pacifiers. My mill is complete but I have no pacifiers in my inventory? User id 12937383

    Hello zarasox :(

    I have checked your logs and you have 0 pacifiers, 0 rubber trees and 24 rubber. You have completed the first level (silver, gold and diamond), so you should have all the trees & rubber. The last step was completed at 14:21:38 CET, so the trees would have been ready around 10:21 pm the soonest, so in 2 hours you couldn't have milled all the pacifiers... Since there is no bug regarding this aspect, the only possible explanation is that you have accidentally removed some of the trees without harvesting them? :( Your mill processes show no Pacifiers being milled, at all. The latest feed produced was on the 3rd of February (frog feed), and the last attempt was for bee feed but the process was stopped before milling a unit. I am really sorry but there is nothing we can do in this case. All I can do is advise you to contact Support, for discussing this matter further.

    I have the harvester in effect on my farm and have only harvested my fields with this option, I have not deleted any items, yet all of my rubber trees have vanished and as you have stated the milled pacifiers would not have completed yet, therefore why arn't they still being produced in my mill as I definitely set it off?

    Unfortunately, all I can do is ask you to please contact Support, as previously advised, because all I can do is check and interpret your logs :( but our Customer Care Team can assist you further, hopefully.
