No points from cinema

    It's been happening quite a lot recently - watch video to end and never get the points. Is there something I can do like clear cache to see if it improves? I have tried leaving it a few minutes after it's stopped but still no luck.

    Hello -Dormouse- :)

    Considering that only two days ago you have earned 86 movie points (and you weren't far from that the day before), meaning you have watched and been credited for 18 movies in one day, I would say you are extremely lucky and your cinema is working perfectly fine.

    One of our lovely fellow farmers has posted a tip that might be useful for you, in this thread. If this is not the case, there isn't anything we can do. Clearing you cache or taking other troubleshooting steps will not make any difference, and we are no longer offering support for movies that don't give points, I am sorry.
