No popup window for payment method

    When I attempt to make purchase my only option is BigPoint, but when I attempt to do so, the popup window never pops up. I have disabled my pop up blocker.

    1. Why won't the window open?

    2. Why can I not pay with my credit card?

    Thanks for your help. I really would like to purchase some PF for the event.

    Please can you be more specific. Are you trying from the BB icon on the main field or using the slider available from the Bank in the City?
    Do you login to Farmerama directly or from a 3rd party? Have you made purchases in the past?
    Can you post your ID# located at the bottom of your frame.

    I would like to purchase the item from the power feed sale that requires RM. I am logging on through AOL. I do not have any alternatives on the payment page for using paypal, credit card, etc. I have made purchases in the past using a credit card. I have already deleted my payment details because of a fraudulent purchase and the issue of a new card. This occurred shortly after a prior purchase. I have not seen the charge show up, but all of the other charges, information from the old card transferred over to the new card. Hope this information helps you help me. One final bit of info. I am getting to the PF sale through the News/Sale page.
