no power-feed zeppelin or timer link

hi. in the event Faq page for the power-feed savings it shows a page/screen that I never could get to. it's a little scene where the feed that is on sale is sold.
the zeppelin never appears in my city and the sale link in my event timer takes me to the farm supply store. where no details about what's for sale appear.
the details ARE on the event faq page so I managed to get what I wanted.

thank you for responding. I see nothing about zeppelin on separate timer, but no other link from event timer or newpage takes me to that sale scene.
(unless you mean the zeppelin never flies at all any more.)
still I cannot access the page you show in event FAQ and the farm supply store shows no important details about what's for sale - like how many or what exactly each pack contains.

 

Hi VereSmythe - I'm not a mod, but have you clicked on the "seasonal items" tab in the supply store? That shows you the power feed packs that are on sale.

 

yes. I Found the feed for sale, but there is no info about the packs. and I never get to the link described and shown on the FAQ page. and the point is my links do not take me to the place it shows and describes on the event faq page.

 

(also not a mod.) If you click on the "i" in the upper left corner of the sale package, a pop up will appear with a description.

 

Make sure you are clicking on the Power-Feed timer and not the Baby Boom timer:



You will see this screen when clicking on the Event Timer or visiting the Shop:



As suggested, clicking on the "i" will show the details of each package. The FAQ also lists the packages.

the first line on faq page is
" It can be accessed either from the Event timer (Power Feed icon), or by clicking the zeppelin wandering from left to right in your City"
the next line is "This will take you to this screen where
you can choose which pack you want to purchase." with an illustration of an outdoor farmers market type setting. neither line turned out to be true. (I see now the page was posted Nov. 2013.)
I am 3 months here so i have some trust in farmerama/bigpoint. if I were brand new here I would NOT have made my purchase.
this is a SALE event. everything should be accurate, clear, easy and up-to-date. I assumed somebody would want to know that.
