No sails showing in inventory for last level 5

I have just harvested sails, none in my inventory and I know I harvested 3 last night but they did not show - again this morning I checked before harvesting and none showing (even though I know I had 3 from last night and the three just harvested, this is on level 5 - have donated all the other items but can not donate the last 3 sails even though I know I have at least 6, this is also happening on my other farms - so annoying and frustrating - please help meggan2010 id 23962666

 

The donation requires the workshops, not the sails produced from it. Delete your sail workshops from your field to put them in your inventory and then you will be able to donate them.

Indeed you need need to delete the actual workshops from your fields and donate them to the last step. As soon as you do this, you will receive the permanent Sail Factories as rewards and complete the event.

I have tried to do this and nothing happened, very disapointed as I do not think this was made clear, very frustrating too to get all that way and not finish the event I have been playing for years but am so fed up with all the effort put in to this on all of my farms and things kept going wrong . this may finally bring my playing to an end.

I have done as you suggested "Teddy Bear"and am pleased to see the cloud row is now there, thank you, I will say again though that it was not made clear that the items had to be deleted to end the event, and due to this I have lost out on other farms - very annoying after all the effort put in, I will check to see if I have the items in my inventory thanks again

 

You are most welcome, Meggan2010 The items are in your inventory as well, but for your other farms, I suggest that you contact our Customer Care Team and see if they can assist you. Since you have reported the problem with this farm and on the Forum, during the event, and I saw you have met all the requirements, I was able to "fix" it, but for the others, please use the Support contact form from the bottom of the main page links.
