No way to access forum

Hi,
I'm reporting the same issue another player reported in the General Issues section...there is no way to access the forum for those with BigFishGames accounts. I'm able to access on this farm (MissSmartyPants) because it's set up through BigPoint, but my other farm (steph2014) cannot access the forum. The only way I've ever been able to go to the forum has been from the News Page, and now it's changed and there's no mention anywhere about the forum. The ?! button does not have a pen and paper option when playing through a third party site (or at least it doesn't through BigFishGames). There are no links (for the forum, or support, or anything) under the game window, either...the stuff under the game window is BigFishGames-related.
I've spoken with other people who play through third party sites, and they too have no way to reach the forum. Please help us, this is cutting out a lot of people! Thanks.

Edit: I don't know if checking my account will allow you to view the game as I do through BigFishGames, but here's my info just in case:

We will ask the Game Team to look into this matter as soon as possible, and we will have a short announcement hopefully by the end of the week, or at least next week, to update you and all the Big Fish players about this issue.

Hi again Teddy and Team-
I'm just wondering if there have been any updates regarding the lack of forum access for BigFish Game users. I realize that no news from you probably means that no news has come to you from the Game Team, but I just wanted to double check anyway. It's been several weeks that a lot of players have not been able to get on the forum. We Big Fish users can read the forum if we open a new tab with the forum address, but we can't post. That means we can't ask for help if we have questions, can't post on SOS threads if we need help with drops, etc. I've been contacted by other Big Fish players who know I also have this BP account, and they've asked me to pass along their frustrations. They would post themselves, but...they can't. Any advice or information would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I wish I could bring you good news, but sadly the news are bad. Please check out this official announcement for the final response on this case We are aware of the importance of the Forum for many aspects of the game, but sadly, the Game Team has explained that there is nothing they can do if the partner does not want to allow access to external forums.
