North pole star coins

I have played five games but I haven´t got any star coins why?

 

You have not found the right combination. I won my first ones from 5th game.

 

It's random. You will not receive star coins unless the gods of randomness decide to give some to you. My main farm has played 17 games. Has received star coins 3 times.

Also, I have played the mini games on other farms, and each farm gets rewarded a different (random) reward the first time a combination is used.

I would assume that replaying a combination will NOT result in any reward as you've already received it the first time around.

 

Playing a new combination rewards a second prize, replaying the same combination over and over will only grant you the basic prize.

As your fellow farmers have commented, the star coins are given as rewards and you will have to keep trying to find the right combination of gifts. They can be both a base reward or a bonus.

When they are a base reward, can they be earned again if you play that combination again, or is it all random?

 

Yes, repeating a combination gives the same base reward.
