Norton is blocking Farmerama

We've safely aborted connection on sas.bpsecure.com because it was infected with HTML:Redirector-JH[Trj]

Then there is a long alert ID.

Have you checked your firewall settings to make sure Farmerama is allowed?

Is it still happening today?

 

Farmerama is allowed on the firewall but the antivirus says there is a trojan horse. I'm on another computer because I'm fortunate to have options but the computer affected is still getting the same message.

 

You can follow the procedures of your antivirus program to remove any malware that may be on your computer. I cannot advise you about Norton as I do not use that program.

I'm not the OP, just wish to lend support to Laurelei. For the past week or two, I've had the same problem, but using Avast. Farmerama is the first, and only, program it has ever happened with and it yields the same information as OP's warning: HTML:Redirector-JH[Trj]
This hasn't happened yesterday or today. If you need further information, please let me know; otherwise, I am out of this conversation. Thank you for any help you can provide.

 

Thanks for trying to help Mindy. Unless enough people can't get on or stop playing as a result, it doesn't look like BP will do much. If I run out of options, my decision to play will be made for me.

You can try:

Run your antivirus software to detect any malware on your device
Uninstall farmerama and then reinstall
When you attempt to log in, type in the web address https://www.farmerama.com/
We've been assured it is a false alert and that there is no trojan horse associated with Farmerama
