not able to donate

    I have been trying to donate the needed items to the event before it ended but, it would not allow me, I refreshed and now it has disappeared and ended.

    Hello lenoreed1,

    The event ended at exactly 14:00 CEST, even though the items might have been visible if you didn't refresh. We have always advised to not leave donations till the last minute.

    Since I was trying up to the last minute to donate, it is safe to assume I was trying before the last minute. Anyway Nothing can be done now. Just wasn't sure if it was a glitch or a computer problem on my end. Thanks, have a nice day. Just frustrating.

    I am really sorry that you did not manage to make the donations in time - especially since the event was so short, we know everyone was under pressure. Unfortunately though, that is correct - the glitch happened after the event ended, so there is nothing we can do in this situation. I hope you didn't miss out on much :( .
