Not able to purchase BB package

    I am not able to purchase the BB packages through BigFish.
    Get this error message = Sorry, that item doesn't exist or hasn't been released.
    Is there any other way to purchase and be able to purchase stalk rows?

    If the devs can provide a different avenue for players from bigfish to purchase items would be greatly appreciated. Bigfish tech support is not very good and considering cloud row and bb sale ends in a few hours they will not be able to help. This is the same thing that happened with the Charity Water cloud row bigfish was no help BP tech support had to fix it with bigfish.

    Have you tried purchasing the normal BB packages in the shop? This may be a way around it until you can get a solution from BigFish.

    I was able to purchase but at the normal price.
