Not able to use the app+ harvest anything in my farm

    Hi all! :)

    Unfortunately, I have the following difficulties in accessing my farm:
    1. For the past 3 or so days, I have not been able to login through the app, and neither has my sister, who also has a farm. I get the 'game loading' bar, but it's continuously stuck at 0%.
    2. Given this, I've given up on the app and I've logged in via Chrome on my phone. However, whilst I can access my farm, I am not able to harvest/pick/collect the plots/trees/stables... anything at all. Whenever I tap on what I want to harvest, it automatically makes me move the item. I cannot do anything else. I also logged in on my tablet via a different web browser, but I am facing the same difficulty.
    Any ideas on how I can solve these two issues?

    Hello -dragos2002-,

    As announced here, the Game has been unstable. You can try clearing your browser cache and cookies to see if that helps.
    If you post your user ID#, I can also try clearing your server cache.
