Not enough goods

I'm trying to trade an XXL Sandalwood tree for something. My inventory shows I have one (1).

The little square is blue when I choose this.

Every time I try to make the trade I get an error saying I don't have enough goods. It's only asking for one (1).

I have rebooted. I am not trying to trade this tree for anything else in the Manage section.

If it was gray and not blue I would understand. I do have 47 lic.

Is the tree an already upgraded tree that you may have gotten from Renzo? Try to place the upgrade directly on your field. Can you place it?

I can't get the tree. I'm trying to get an XXL Acai. in trade for my XXL Sandalwood. I've done dozens of trades the past few days. For some reason, this one will not work.

 

Your XXL Sandalwood is already attached to the Base tree. This happens if purchasing the tree from Renzos for example. You need to place the XXL Sandalwood tree directly on your field. You will then be able to delete it and it will separate into base + upgrade. You will then be able to place the upgrade in the offer tab.
