    Hi have a new neighbor sonneblom55, I still can<t IGM her how am I going to help
    her if I can IGM her.

    not a mod, but can you IGM your other neighbors? If you can, then its something with her account and not yours.

    At risk of being slapped on the wrist for hijacking a thread, I too Have a problem igm'ing this neighbour..... both happycallie and I have reported this so it clearly is an on going problem and have yet had no response at all ... I would also like to help this new neighbour progress in the game but currently we are unable to..... Loads of chocolate goodies for the person who sorts it the fastest
