    Hello Meesleepbest,

    Do you receive confirmation that your ticket has been closed after you receive the Surveys? A survey is usually sent after contacting Support, but this does not mean the ticket is closed.

    Can I assist you further?

    Well I think you probably have you're answer there then!

    As support is not connected to the EN forum I'm not sure how we can help you further, I would normally refer you to support for further assistance but the seems rather fruitless in this:oops:

    As I've already stated, support is not part of the EN forum and we have little contact with them.

    What to do then if Support is not helping? It is their job isn't it?
    One would presume so. You would need to either take it up with support or direct with Bigpoint.

    Can I assist with anything else?
