Announcement Old Premium Subscription Conversion

Howdy Farmers,

The long awaited Premium Package is coming soon. Before the new package is introduced, players that already have an old Premium Subscription running, have the chance to switch to the new premium. Unfortunately, as the subscription works differently than previously, the old and new Premium cannot be used simultaneously.

*How do I convert my old subscription to the new Premium Package?

You will be able to switch your current premium to the new Premium Package through the Premium Villa or through the News layer.

The screen will inform the user about the advantages of the new Premium and will additionally contain all legal information that needs to be communicated (What the player will gain, what he gives up and how the new Premium has a different price point than the old one. The exact price will be shown in game)

*What happens after I switch to the new Premium Package?

The user will receive a pop-up that informs him roughly about the duration it will take the new premium to be turned active. (This will be done by a requested information from payment and then will be swapped with a script to the new premium with correct remaining duration)

The swap will take up to a few days and will not happen before the official release of the new premium.

His current old premium duration will be halved and set to be the duration of the new premium (This happens because of the difference in the price point of the new premium, which is exactly twice the value).

When the conversion is done, the user will receive another pop-up congratulating him to the newly acquired premium.

*Is there anything else I should know:

If the user has successfully swapped and previously had a subscription, his subscription will continue with the new premium as well.

*Note: This conversion is permanent and the user cannot switch back to the old premium.

Also the old premium users will have the opportunity to convert to the new premium any time whilst their current Premium subscription is running (not only before the launch of the new Premium).
