Older Cloud Rows to be made available

    I'd really like to see older Cloud Rows to be made available every so often, either to win as a reward or to buy.

    Very much agree! If the issue is older players being disappointed, offer a choice... you can either get a cloud row or a fair amount of CCs/BEP/Powerfeed. If not that, then at least offer them for sale occasionally. After 2-3 years, it seems like enough players are preset who have not had the opportunity to obtain the old rows that there would be demand. I am sure some will still complain, but that is rather "sour grapes".

    I like this idea. I have several clouds that are grayed out just because in the early days I wasn't able to complete event quests to get that last item to add to the cloud row. This would be a great opportunity to get that last item since no one is going to trade for it.
