OMG I made it here

Ok, I have not been able to play or get in to play for about a week now. I don't know how, but I made it into the forum, but my name in here is wrong. In here it is Queen B, and my picture is that of my shoulder with a tat on it. I don't know how to change my name from my user name at the game to my profile name. Please can you help me from here. I am so tired though I am going to have to sign off now but I will be back tomorrow. If I can get in again Cross your fingers. Thank you Barb -edit-

 

Ok I also went back out and tried to log into the game and it still wont let me. It is telling me that it has been disabled and to contact support. But it is also telling me that my password and my user name doesn't match either. I just want to play my game, . Please, Please help me...

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing problems, but I am happy to see you have made it to the new forum - Welcome! Unfortunately the Forum name, as explained previously, can be set up once when you open the forum, and it cannot be changed, I am sorry. I am afraid this will have to stay your forum name. No information has been transferred from the old forum, no posts, no avatars or names. Also, for the other problem you will also need to contact Support, as advised.

Normally we are closing threads when referring players to Support, but I will leave it open just in care you require further help, apart from this account issue, so please let us know if we can assist you with anything else. ​

 

Ok I am really getting upset, frustrated, & irritable with all of this. I have never in my life had so trouble and probalems just trying to reset a password and get back in to play a game. I am being sent from here to Bigpoint and back, this is my last stop. I either get in
