On the Red Carpet Cloud Row

Could someone please lead me in the direction of information about this cloud row? I can't find anything, and clicking on it doesn't direct me anywhere. Thank you.

Thanks Farmers.Almanac. I have no memory of that event so I'm guessing I didn't do it. Do you know why the empty cloud row has suddenly appeared today?

EDIT: There's lots of weird stuff going on, on the farm today. The EP amounts collected are not disappearing and both baha and main farm ep are showing on every field. My crops don't change, visually, as they grow. The only way I know that they're ready to harvest is because the water mark disappears. Is it possible that the year old cloud row suddenly appearing is related to that?

According to your logs, you completed the On the Red Carpet breeding event.

For all the display issues you describe, please clear your cache and cookies and then restart your computer. Next time you log in, you should see an improvement. I have also cleared your server cache to see if that helps.

We've just learned that the crop display issue is a bug. I don't know when it will be fixed as it is a holiday weekend. We appreciate your understanding and patience while we wait for the fix.

Is there anything else I can do to assist you?

 

Thank you for your response as I too am having the same issues and I am using Firefox and Microsoft edge browsers.
Not hi jacking thread just wanted to add to info for the tech team!

 

I'd done all that good stuff, and am still having issues, as well as the known crop issue. On the news page the Discount Dash sale is giving me 50+ hours to buy. TEP and EP collected stays under the progress bar, on every field. I can see the TEP collected on the main farm as well as the EP collected and vice versa. The cloud row problem seems to have been fixed as I no longer have the empty cloud row showing.
If these are all known bugs please feel free to close.

 

I will pass all these issues to the Game Team.

The Team is aware of the crops/trees display issue and that will be fixed this week. Hopefully all the rest display issues are related.
