One GAME missing from the "Yule Yarn" game in my Account !?

1) I have gone to the LOWER gift package in the bottom right corner to pick up the game SIX (6) times
(at the same time with my real life girlfriend, always a minute after her, on the same browser, in a row)

2) after that, from the "Yule Yarn" button, from the upper left, I went to "Open" that game right away.

3) Now there are 6 OPENINGS BUT only FIVE games are visible (the "open" button is GREY! )

4) Where exactly is one of my games, because I have not STARTED or EVER played ANY GAME, I don't even know what kind of game opens there.

Could one of the administrators check my "game log" to see if one game is missing or why it shows FIVE even though it has been retrieved 6 times from the right?
