only Baha trees now showing in gift and trade list

    I just was able to send an elderberry, but when I wanted to send another tree all I can see are Baha trees. I have logged on and off, etc. I am hoping it will resolve itself. Thank you.

    Thankyou woody for your details. Hopefully it will fix itself. In the meantime, you can try clearing the flash and browser cookies to see if that helps.

    I did all that, logged off and on, etc. It is still showing only Baha trees. Other items are fine, as best I can tell (deco item list seems a tad short, but that may just be "what it is"). Also, everything is showing in my inventory and, as far as I can tell, I can still trade these items.. was able to post trees to trade.


    EDIT-- now several hours later, logged off and on, cleared everything out and still having the issue. Note I am getting listings OK for the trade portion, but when I try to give someone a tree, I am only seeing some of the Baha rare trees and upgrades. No regular trees and not all Baha trees, either. If I remember correctly, it is just rare trees I got some time ago, but also their upgrades.

    Hello woody, :oops:

    Could you try going to the main field and access the event from there ? Maybe some sort of glitch appeared after accessing the event after coming straight from tropical fields. I have cleared your ACP cache as well and checked your account - everything is listed as intended. Please also try to gift a higher level player (without actually sending the gift) and then check again for the player you wish to gift - although the Elderberry being a rare tree should be giftable to all the players.

    Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. Apparently, it is the one person I am trying to send items to, not me having the problem. I have been able to send to others. the person having the issue is Decree.

    Thank you, you may close the thread. and thank you for all your hard work. Looks like this has been an especially difficult time for you all!
