Opened coconut now unopened

    I know that I opened the 6th coconut and received the 4 - 1 hour coupons. I purposely saved the bonus box after reading that we could wait to open them.
    I just refreshed and went to open todays coconut and the 6th one is closed and it will not let me use the bonus box either.
    Could someone please check my account as I don't want to miss out on any more prizes.
    Extra large basket full of chocolate goodies left to share :)

    Edit: As it has been so long since I posted this I am looking for direction. Is there a problem, do I need to go to support? I realize you are all very busy and am trying to be patient but don't want this overlooked.
