opened day 9 and now it is closed

    Hi opened day 9 on day 9 and when i went today to try and open day 10 it is showing i didnt open day 9. I double check the calendars when we have them to make sure i dont miss a day and even triple check sometimes. This is the first time that a day that i opened on time was closed the next day. I dont want to have to pay BBs to open it when i know i opened it. can you please check into this for me. Thank you very much.

    I can only see that your log shows that day 9 is locked. You can try contacting Support to see if they can investigate further.
