    Because I am charged an international fee on all purchases, I would purchase more small items if I had the option to use BB's.

    Hi,

    My bank does too, what I do is just buy online gift cards to CVS, and then make my small purchases doing that, and then there are no fees. I used to use Subway cards, but they stop taking those. HTH
