    Hi,

    I've just bought the Frappe Ole cloudrow and the 3 givers, but when I went to activate it I got a message saying that the Organic Milkshake giver was not in my inventory. I went back to the shop to check I'd really bought it and it's greyed out. I've logged out and in again but still no luck.
    Can you advise??

    I'm sorry you didn't purchase the Organic Milkshake decoration. You bought the Alpine Antics item twice. If this wasn't intentional you will need to contact Support. They maybe able to assist you.
