Ornament box not booked

Hi, I just harvested colorful chaos but did not receive the ornament box. I only have one from the daily ornament box, I should have two ~ one from the daily and one from colorful chaos. Can this be looked into? I refreshed, cleared cookies etc. but still not there.

I've checked your logs and you have collected 10 ornament boxes from the auto production tile in the event window and have used 2 of the charges from Colorful Chaos making a total of 12 ornament boxes collected so far in the event. You have played the mini game 11 times and have 1 ornament box in inventory. All your boxes are accounted for.

I can clear your server cache to see if that helps with any display errors.

This morning around 8:30am-9:30am eastern time US, I collected my daily ornament box, then I harvested colorful chaos, I should have 2 ornament boxes right now, not 1. I have not played yule yarn today yet.

I lost another box last week when the game stalled on me and I had no choice but to exit out. The box was used but the level was not completed because the game stalled and I had to exit out. However that does not pertain to today.

When I harvested colorful chaos this morning, it did not show the pop up for the ornament box being collected and it's not in my inventory. Only the one from the daily ornament box is in my inventory. And I have not played yule yarn today yet.

Yes please clear my server cache if you think that will help. I have a missing ornament box.
