Over charged for water

    One of my purchases of water didn't take. If you check my logs you can see 3 purchases of 110 water in a row with a 4th purchase of 110 minutes later. The only thing I watered were 363 1X1 plots and I started with water already in my tank.
    edit: forgot to add that I only have 11 water now
