Owl stables

I bought 3 owls from the shop sale because prior to the sale, I had 3 owl orange upgrades and one base owl pen. Would you please tell me where the other 2 base pens have gone?

Please let me clarify.

Prior to the 1/2 price shop sale, I only had 1 owl base pen but 3 orange upgrades in my inventory but should have had 3 each. Since owl upgrades are not available separately, there should have been 3 owl pens to match the 3 orange upgrades. The only reason I purchased owls from the shop is because I could not find the base pens to go with the upgrades. Would you please help me locate the missing 2 owl pens?

Can you let me know where the orange owls came from, we might be able to track down whether or not they ever had a base. Upgrades awarded as prizes don't always come with a base pen.

 

Have owls ever had an orange upgrade awarded separately? I don't remember any quest or event that had an orange owl upgrade awarded separately. Were orange upgrades for owls included in Gift and Trade? I am fairly certain they did not come from Gift and Trade.

I opened this farm in September 2016 and believe the owls and upgrades came from events that awarded wonder stables as prizes. I thought wonder stables always came with a base. I haven't purchased stables until the half price sale and only the base pen was available for sale.

Would you check my donations logs for the San Gigantica Express and see if I made a mistake in donating the owls?

Are you the original poster? I've checked the wonder stable logs and can only find 1 orange owl listed, hence my question regarding where they came from. You only have 1 train log, owls were not donated or received
I can't find any records of you getting any other orange owls

 

JekalomaFarm is my original farm and TheSheepFarm my 2nd. I'm sorry I answered from the wrong farm.

Would you be able to tell me if I got the orange upgrades from Gift and Trade? I didn't think they came from there but maybe I am mistaken. I am beginning to confuse myself. Gift and Trade happened shortly after I opened this farm.

You have no G&T logs for this farm. I've checked all the places I can think off and can only find record of you getting 1 orange owl from a wonder stable.
The only thing I can suggest is you try contacting support to see if they can dig a little deeper
