    Hello, the game won't open. The welcome sign appears, reaches 100%, and then the screen goes black. I checked the forum and you gave a link to people who have similar problems. I tried there and the game started, but the screen is too close to the screen, and it's not playable. What should I do? I've cleared my browser, opened another browser, turned my phone off and on, and tried everything, but it doesn't work.

    Hi, the game won't launch. It displays a welcome message, reaches 100%, and then the screen goes black. I checked the forum and you provided a link to others experiencing similar issues. I tried there, and the game launched, but the screen is too close and unplayable. What should I do? I've cleared my browser, opened another browser, turned my phone off and on, and tried everything else, but to no avail.

    Have you tried using the Standalone Client or playing on a laptop/computer to see if you can play smoothly?
