paid for BB's but did not receive them

    Hi,
    I went to the bank and i bought 34 BB's I got the pop up to confirm that i wanted them. I waited but it did not seem like it went through ( had this issue once before) and so i clicked on it again, got the confirm pop up, clicked the ok and then waited. i still did not see the pop up that my bb's were credited to my account. I went to my credit card and i have been charged 2x. I have waited and refreshed my screen but i still do not have my bb's and i want to buy some more of the harvester and seeder. Please help. id and # are at the bottom of my post.

    I am still unable to see the BB's and i have now paid for them 3x. The harvester sale is going to be over with in a couple of hours and it is late here and i cant wait any longer. I see that someone else is having an issue with the bank as well. I hope that they extend the sale since i have been trying for hours and hours even before writing this post. i have refreshed cleared cookies etc and nothing is working. I believe it is on your side. please pass it on about extending the sale. Thank you.

    Thank you for your response but you are wrong. the 34 bbs purchase that you are referring to that i actually got was 3 days ago. yes i did use those bb's i got from Sunday to purchase harvester functions. they were actually bought for the ice hockey game and i didnt use them.
    I have 3 purchases from yesterday that i am missing still. I have the emails and charges to prove it.
    i wanted to purchase more harvester functions for the new event which is why i tried to purchase more bb's. I would contact support but they are of no help ever. I will contact my credit card and cancel the purchases.
    I have refreshed again this morning and still do not see my 3 purchases of Bb's but the new event has started.

    You need to contact Payment Support (through the Bank) to resolve payment issues, as regular Support cannot assist with transaction payments. As you have details of your transactions, Payment Support will be able to assist you if you choose to contact them.
    We have also asked the Game Team to look to see if there are any current Banking Issues.
