    I'm guessing it's time for me to work on getting more GB to unlock Monkey Breeding...... I wonder when this event will be held. Will it be in May (the Family event like rumoured elsewhere in this forum) or will it be in June, like I read on the Spanish or Polish forum as a possible rumor.

    In Germany
    Mother's day second sunday in May
    Father's day May 30th

    This year they are joining both days into one to make an event.

    Oh, here in the Netherlands, Mother's Day is always the second Sunday in May and Father's day is always the third Sunday in June. We don't have a parents day. I had never heard of it :)

    Just Google'd it and I noticed the United Nations have proclaimed the Global Day of Parents to be at June 1st. Learned something new again today!

    And I just noticed something: The German Forum's Calendar has the Parent's Day event listed for May 7th - May 13th. So... We've got Mother's Day and Father's all in one?

    Parents Day is May 8 in Korea, so that explains the date. And, carnations are associated with the holiday. I can't imagine needing regular carnations for an event, since they're so high-level, but we might have special carnations to grow as a crop.

    Yes, it's in 8 May but is not important day. More like the White day(Valentine's day...) and other not important holidays. But Children's day is more important o_O Is National holiday. I will not go to school ;)

    In Greece we go to school that day(20th of November right?)
    Tomorrow 1st of May we don't have school! (And so many children in the world too)

    Here in the Netherlands, as far as I know, everyone has to work and go to school. Only Saturday the School holidays starts.

    Hi, does anyone know anymore about the Parent's Day event? I don't have much time now to spend on the game let alone the forum so am getting out of touch with the gossip! Will it be sheep and monkey breeding? Raccoons??

    I've no idea what we will be doing for the Parents Day event, but it can not possibly involve breeding new animals!! We just had BBD a week ago & there is a Cuckoo Breeding event planned for May 19th-25th! So whatever the picture implies, breeding is not part of it.

    Maybe this will be more like one of the comic events. The Easter event with the bunnies was well received & now a MMM event with bats is next. Look back at the previous months calendar and some kind of story book event is really the only kind we are missing.

    I'm going to make a totally wild guess with absolutely no foundation other than those cute pictures. They look like they would make cute deco items to me so perhaps they are pictures of possible prizes for whatever the event turns out to be. I agree that it can't possibly be breeding as it would be way to many breeding events to close together.
