park issues

    My park isn't loading. It gets to 99% and stops. At that point I can't go to the rest of the game either unless I log off and back in.

    Hello lottidah,

    Can you try clearing browser and flash cache and deleting browser cookies as explained in this thread. Did this solve your problem?

    That did not solve the problem. Every other field is fine. It started yesterday. thanks.

    Hello lottidah, :oops:

    Your park loads fine so you should not experience any problems with this. Please be so kind and let it load for a little bit longer, especially after clearing the Flash cache. Also, please be so kind and try a different browser as well.
    If you are using Google Chrome, please make sure that you disable the Pepper flash, the built in flash player, as explained here.
