Park requesting coins to expand

    Part of my park is requesting coins to expand it when the whole park has been fully expanded for years. Please can someone look into this for me.

    Believe I have now solved this issue. My Gold Premium expired today and did not automatically renew, which I thought it had always done in the past. Now I have manually purchased it the park seems fine. Please can you confirm whether it should have automatically renewed or not please?

    Hello Farm_Of_Horrors,

    The Premium feature should have renewed itself if you have used a renewable payment method (credit/visa card). It could also be that your card date has expired since the Premium was purchased last. You can check your card details under the Payment section of the Bank.
