Party spins not credited

50 party spins have not been credited. I had 600 BB's and 85 party spins left when I purchased 50 more spins. The amount was deducted from my BB's, but no party spins were credited, and now the 50 has been marked as sold out. I have logged out and in, and reloaded and reloaded.....but still no 50 party spins.

You cannot have more than 100 party spins unless you buy the special 120/200 tickets. You will need to contact Support to see if they can assist you further.

Then why did it take my BB's if it was not allowed, and also blank out the purchase of fifty so that I could not buy that pack anymore??!! Also, the 85 I had left were from the special 200 pack. Will they give them to me after I have reduced my party spins to under fifty?? I haven't used any more in order to make it easier to check.

 

When you purchase the packs, the other packs should say sold out, if this didn't happen then I assume the transaction didn't go through.
Hopefully support will be able to confirm this for you

 

The transaction to which I am referring(50 Party tickets) DID go through, and the amount was deducted from my BB's. The 50 spot was then marked sold out. NO Party tickets were given me for that transaction.

Since you had 60 spins in your inventory, you could have not purchased the 50 package one, because your total cannot exceed 100 spins, so he 50 spins package should have been marked as being sold out, as well as the 100 package one. ​

I'm sorry, Teddy, but what you have cited is not taken in the order that happened...something is missing. It happened as I described it and I was VERY careful to check - both the amount of spins before and after the purchase- due to the amount of BB's involved. If you check my BB's- and the TIMING of the deduction- with the amount of spins I had BEFORE and IMMEDIATELY AFTER the BB deduction - you will see the amount of spins before and after the deduction remained the same 85 spins. **The close timing is the key.**

I am really sorry as well, but nothing is missing, and this is what happened. If you have seen something else on your end, it was a glitch. I have looked over the entire farmwheel log, and the tracking is correct and matches the prizes received from the wheel. This was the only package bought after purchasing the 200 spins package from the shop. I did check the spins amount before and after, I have also checked the BB deduction, and the logs are in my previous post, so you can see them yourself . You had 60 spins left at 18:01:19 CEST, you have stopped spinning then, probably because you were waiting for the 50 spins which would have been impossible to be purchased, and when you started spinning again, at 05:48:21 CEST, you had 85 spins. Therefore, the 25 spins were successfully credited.

You knew you had 600 BBs, and 113 BBs were deducted for this 25 spins package, and you know that is correct because you see the remaining balance in your account.

I would appreciate knowing what kind of glitch would show such erroneous numbers on my farm. If you recall, I looked at my number of party spins BEFORE I made the purchase, and it was 85. After the purchase, it remained 85.

Simply outdated cache / not updating the data properly . If you did by the 25 spins on purpose, and you saw your amount of spins increasing to 85 - when you tried to purchase 50 spins, no BBs were deducted and no spins were added because there was no purchase, the 50 spins package should have not been available, it was supposed to be marked as sold out so it would have not been possible in any way to buy it.

If you did not see the 50 spins package flagged as 'sold out', that's the outdated info that would have been solved by a refresh. Just like the event place still remains when an event ends, and you can still perform with donating goods or buying event drops, but nothing goes through because that data is no longer available in game, and as you know, simply reloading the game will fix it.

I'm sorry, Teddy, but you keep repeating things that I have already said are not the case. I checked my amount of Party spins BEFORE I bought more spins, and the amount I had was 85 spins. Period. The Party Spins were shown as available for purchase and when I bought them, they deducted the amount from my BB's - *which should NOT have been done if they were NOT available* - and I returned to my farm wheel to wait for them to be credited. And waited. Nothing happened. They were not credited, and I continued to wait. My amount continued to stay the same 85 spins that were there before the purchase. As your records show, I did not use any more spins for several hours, waiting for them to be added. That never happened. Finally, in order to finish the event, I had to complete the tasks that awarded party spins, thereby altering the 85 spins I had tried to leave there till this was resolved, but that took too long and so I finished the event, and spent down to 49 spins, after reading what you said about not having more than 100 spins......hoping that would allow the bought spins to be added. That did not happen either.
All I can do is repeat what happened. Please do not alter what did happened to fit what was supposed to happen. What is...simply IS.
In this case, the Timing of things is the important clue.......how long I left the 85 spins waiting for the newly bought ones to be added....not the event spins, which were added later.
I understand how difficult it can be to understand things that have not been personally witnessed, but I was very careful with this purchase. This is what happened. Please keep in mind that glitches can happen anywhere to any piece of equipment, not just mine.

I appreciate the difficulty of your efforts to sort through something that you have not personally experienced, and I do thank you very much, Teddy, for your efforts...and the hard work you put into all that you do.

 

No party pins were purchased, as you had already bought the maximum permissible. No BBs were therefore deducted. Anything else you saw was simply a visual glitch due to server lag.
I am sorry you are unable to accept this fact, but there is nothing else to discuss on the matter.
