    I assume it is compensation for star coins you had left after end of Weight to go!-event. If I understood right, we did not get promised:
    1 Star Coin = 525 EP + 840 CC + 292 TEP
    I believe most of us had 0-4 Star coins left after event. You needed at least 5 to buy something from Borsty.
