    I used my pay safe card to buy BB , but it says it wont accept because purchased in another country ? I dont understand ?

    Hello tomnga.

    Each country only accepts payments that are available in that specific country, therefore a different payment method can be purchased in one country but cannot be used in another country even if they are neighbours.

    I'm sorry we don't know if the card can be converted. It would be dependent on the card company and their policies. You could try to contact the pay card company and their suggestion to solve your problem.
