payment info

    how do i update my payment information?

    edited to explain

    my card on file is no longer any good as our Bank merged and we were sent new cards. when i try to add new card this is what it says

    "Unfortunately, your user ID has been added to our blacklist, either at your request or due to a canceled payment. Select another payment method here or contact Support.

    so can you please tell me how and what to do ?
    It will not let me add a new card. And i did not cancel a payment, nor did i request such action

    Please contact your credit card company so that you can find out why your card was frozen. Once you\'ve cleared up the problem on their end, you can inform our technical support team via the contact form so that they can allow credit card payments from your account again.

    As i stated in original post Bank Merged so the Card type Changed as well as Bank Name, which is why i asked how to update the information? plz help
    as there is not a option to add my new card.

    As stated by Support, you will need to contact the Bank that corresponds to your new card. I cannot help with payment issues on the Forum.
