    Hello Farming Team.
    Tried to buy a wild basket and a fairy basket. Please check and let me know what went wrong as I have not received these. Also am not sure how to collect the compensation package. Thanks.

    Hello tiageorge,

    Is it possible there was a display glitch as there is no record of any purchases of either basket. If you have a confirmation email and the money has been taken from your account, you will need to contact Payment Support.

    Regarding the Compensation package, as announced here, once the Package is live, you will need to claim it through the news page.

    So I have already set up my farm so will wait until tomorrow to see if it comes through. Will ask payment dept to double check. Thanks .NFQ. You may close.
