payment issues

    I have tried to pay the bank money it says that I owe twice or else my account will be suspended. The money has been taken off of my card twice and still has not gotten to the Farmerama bank. What else can I do?? The email on this farm needs to be changed also. Please help. Can you give me a direct link to support???

    Hello 1msech2006,

    As it is a payment issue, you need to contact Payment Support. This can be done by clicking on the + sign next to your BB amount and entering the Bank.

    I have done that twice. It has been six days and I have heard nothing from support. The money has been taken off of my bank card twice. I am still unable to buy from the Farmerama bank or supply store. I don't know what else to do. I am frustrated. I do not want to loose this account since I have been playing for years. I have bought many times for events, harvester subscription, etc without difficulty. If you haven't any other suggestions then please close.............. :(
