    I am trying to purchase BB's and go to payment and there is no credit card choice all of the sudden. I checked my premium and it still has my current bank card listed, but to purchase BB's all it has is a CVS/Subway card, Paypal or Pay with BP GC.

    This is brand new! I don't have or use any of these. I saw no notice of this in the forum.

    I did send a support ticket....but it was very limited and did not allow me to explain the problem sufficiently.

    Payment options are geo-location dependent. We cannot assist with payment details here in the forum, so you will need to wait for support to respond. In the payment window, do you see 'more payment methods' with arrows that you can click to expand more options? If you expand your options, can you reload your CC info?

    Thank you Farmers,Almanac for your quick response! No there is no arrows with other payment options. I guess I will still wait for an answer from support. However, their allowable ticket explanations are very limited.
