Payment methods changed

    I noticed that the page for buying has changed. You don't take credit cards anymore?
    all I see is gift card options which 4 out of the five are not available where I'm at.
    Wondering when you changed that, and can I still buy with a credit card?

    Hello Saturnia

    Yes you can still pay by credit card. In the drop down menu please be sure to click on more payment options, this will then open up the pay by credit card option.

    Hi, just got home and looked at it again; clicked on 50bbs to test it and proceeded to checkout...it gives me gift card...Neosurf...paysafe card...Safety Pay...and Bigpoint GC. I've looked all over the page and back no credit card option.
    The Drop down menu I'm seeing hasn't any other option, no scrolling down either. just the gift cards. this is new to me when was it reformatted? for sure I've logged in correctly or else I wouldn't be back here again. I even clicked on the gift card option to see if there was any thing else, and the instructions state theres a checkbox, I'm not seeing one.

    In desperation I clicked the status button and it shows what credit cards I used in the past but no ability to add a new one. I keep going in a circle. What do I do now? I've sent an inquiry asking about it.

    It may be that you have used all the available spots for credit cards in the past. If you delete your previous payment information on the Status page, you should then be able to enter a new credit card on checkout.

    Yes I deleted them hours ago and restarted everything. the page is exactly the same...only gift cards.
    I haven't a response from the inquiry to BP I sent yesterday.
    I went back and deleted (again, even though it's empty) all payment data and it still shows 'no payment data available'
    I can't go any further with this until the cache of memory is cleared; where? how?
    I went to the individual cookies for this site and deleted them all, then restarted and still no change.

    You can find how to clear your browser cache here. Do you login through a third party site or with Bigpoint direct? Have you also tried using a different browser to see if the problem persists?

    Cleared everything on firefox; history, cookies. no luck.
    went to chrome; cleared history, cookies, no luck there either. I dumped all history, used a registry cleaner, rebooted. updated flash, looked for anything else to do and it's still not there.
    When the changes to the new look of the bank front page (ie. fast pay and no slider bar) changed, thats when the availabilty disappeared.

    Do you happen to log in through a 3rd party site? The payment issues may be due to technical issues on their side.

    Can you check that your Flash player is up to date. Also you may need to check your pop up blocker. I do not know what else I can suggest :oops: Maybe you will be able to get some more advice from your Support inquiry.

    Yes I've done all the above uninstalled and reinstalled, allowed the popups from this site...guess I'll have to wait until they get back to me

    I got a response; it was on their end. They were confused as to what was many purchases on many cards over the years and moved to block any sale. I advised them what those card numbers meant;
    I use pre-paid Visa or Mastercard for online, not just here but every site I buy from and never my own cards. It's safer for me. Bigpoint Cards are non-existent where I live.
