Payment option changes?

    Has the option for Interac/directly from bank account payment been removed? In the past I was always offered that option to make in game purchases. That option no longer shows up for me.

    Payment options are directly related to your geolocation, so it is possible that those options have changed. If you want to be certain, you can contact Support as we do not have access to that information.

    Thank you Farmers.Almanac, I did contact support and they did not reply to any of my inquiries. Hence why I tried this post.

    I'm sorry to hear you are still waiting for a reply from Support. I don't know when you submitted a ticket, but I think the normal standard is to try to reply within 24 hours. It may take longer on a weekend or holiday. I hope you receive a reply soon :)
